MyTVS appoints more service engineers to serve flood-hit Chennai

We have mobilized over 100 service engineers to cater to the repairing needs in flood-hit Chennai, states MyTVS, the vehicle service brand of TVS group. This move is made in order to meet the large needs for repairing that has raised in Chennai city post floods!
The company is working together with insurance companies so as to expedite the settlement process. They have arranged 15 towing vehicles and 75 bays for these processes.
Joining hands with Motor Vikatan, MyTVS will have five mobile vans functioning in the Chennai city. Here, free checkup and consultation will be given to car owners. They will be given suggestions about the dos and don`ts for car maintenance after the cars have got affected by flood.
Speaking about this, G Srinivasa Raghavan, the Executive Director of TVS Automobile Solutions (TASL) said we feel so pity for the damage the floods have caused for all car owners in Chennai who have got their cars damaged badly. Customers now seek for end-to-end solution including checkup, expert advice, towing, insurance formalities, quality services, and so on. Hence, TASL has created WAR room for meeting the customer demands on a daily basis.
