The application forms for students to apply for re-totalling and for those seeking photocopies of answer scripts will be available on all weekdays at the office of the CEO and offices of DEOs from May 11 to May 16.
A Press release said that it would not be sold at the office of Director of Government Examinations, DPI Campus.
Filled-in application forms should be submitted by May 16.
