Semester Exams Postponed Due to Rain Showers

As there has been severe rainfall across the state, the Anna University examination got postponed. These examinations were scheduled to take place from today. While there had been no heavy showers in Tamil Nadu in the past few days, the showers had begun yesterday.
Hence semester examination for all engineering students is postponed yet again. The rescheduled date of today`s exam will be announced later, said Ganeshan, University Registrar. Similarly, exams that were scheduled for Madras University are also postponed. Exams in Chennai State College that were scheduled today have got postponed to 15th of December.
