Thani Oruvan’s Telugu remake rights sold for Rs.5.5 Crores

Thani Oruvan is a superhit film which had Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara and Aravind Swamy in the cast. This film has been directed by Jayam Ravi`s brother Mohan Raja. Thani Oruvan has emerged as one of the biggest Kollywood hits of 2015. The movie has been appreciated by many celebrities, including Tamil superstar Rajinikanth.
Meanwhile, Thani Oruvan is getting ready to be remade in other languages.
The Telugu remake rights of latest Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan have been bagged for a whopping Rs.5.5 crore by producer DVV Danayya, who will produce the film with actor Ram Charan in the lead. While the pre-production work has already begun, the process of finalizing the director is underway.
