The audio CD of the film Puli was launched in a grand manner in Chennai. Pul is a film which has Vijay, Shruthi Haasan and Hansika in the cast. Chimbudevan had directed the film. Devi Sriprasad has composed the music.
Vijay, Shruthi Haasan, Hansika, Sridevi, Chimbudevan and Devi Sriprasad had participated in this event. The function which began at 6.30 PM continued for three hours.
Vijay`s speech was the highlight of the function. His speech was like the punch dialogues in his films. Vijay while speaking said, I can really hate a person but I don’t know how to love a person falsely. Pirated video is like a baby waiting to be brought out in caesarean and killed. Next minute our life is not permanent. As long as I live I want to make others happy. My fans and I know only to do good to others. There are lots of humiliations behind my successes. Every one of you is aware of this. I am not worried about the people who speak about me at my back. I have learnt lots from my failures.
Simbhu’s father T Rajendar while speaking said, Vijay’s heart is pure. Each Tamilian will sit in his heart. I like Vijay very much. He is my close friend. There is friendship in Vijay. I have not seen any fault in him. He is the elder brother to Simbhu. This is truth. If the food should be good there should be salt. If relationship should be good there should be friendship. Vijay, you don’t have the head weight. You will not shout your dialogues but the film you acted was Kaththi and that is the reason your fans are around you.
Shruthi Haasan, Nanditha, Hansika, Sridevi, music composer Devi Sriprasad, director Chimbudevan, SA Chandrasekaran,SJ Suryah, Vijay Sethupathi and Jiiva who participated in the function also spoke.
