Plan to conduct passport enquiry by Police to be conducted online!

The central government has planned to carry all stages of activity for passport applications to be executed online.
Plans are afoot to install a new data server to link all large data such as national population census data, Aadhar card numbers, and Voter IDs.
A new network called �Crime & Criminal tracking network� is set to be started to find all persons involved in crime-related cases.
This system & the network will facilitate the police to do their enquiry/checking in their office computer itself.This system will be installed in all states including Tamil Nadu in a short period.
The technology-related activities are in progress under full swing. Central Government�s Home Ministry officials are executing this work.
When the Prime Minister returns from his recent foreign trip, the work is likely to get completed.
It is expected that the police department might begin checking passport enquiry online by 1st November!
