Senior citizens can now call 104 in emergency

104 telephone services began in Tamil Nadu in the year 2013. The general public can call this numbers and get medical advice and psychological counselling.
Now this telephone service is adding one more service. It will give medical advice and Psychological counselling to senior citizens. People who are above 60 years can get any advice by dialing 104. Apart from this, if there is any harassment in the house, 104 can be contacted. People can also inform 104 about the abandoned senior citizens and shelterless senior citizens. Necessary help will be given to them with the aid of charitable organizations and rotary clubs.
