What you need:
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 100 gms mozzarella cheese
- A handful of basil leaves (if not available, tulsi leaves can be used)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cut tomatoes into bite sized chunks.
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- Chop basil leaves.
- Mix together olive oil, lime juice and jeera.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper, mix well.
- Serve chilled.
