RBI permits Bandhan Bank to start on 23rd August!

Bandhan Bank is set to start banking services from 23rd August. This was informed by the CEO of Bandhan Financial Services, Mr.. Chandrasekhar Ghosh.
He also informed that permission to start the banking services under the name of .Bandhan� has been given by the Reserve Bank of India.
Bandhan Bank is head-quartered in Kolkata. It is set to open 500 to 600 branches throughout the country.
Central government has granted permission to start new banks in order to facilitate banking services for all citizens in the country.
Several companies had applied for starting banking services. These were scrutinised. Bandhan Financial Services & IDFC have been given approval to start banking services.
