State Bank of India: No charges for transferring housing loans!

State Bank of India has cancelled the processing/veridication charges for transferring the housing loans taken from other banks and financial agencies.
SBI Managing Director, Mr. Shriram informed about this in Mumbai.
He mentioned that state Bank of India has also reduced the interest rates for housing loans.
The latest concession offered will be beneficial to customers who are interested in transferring the housing loan to SBI.
This offer of �No verification charges� will be kept valid till; 30th September.
He also informed that State Bank of India has a 10% share (out of the total housing loans) in the transfer of housing loans from other banks.
