Rajinikanth’s next film-Official announcement

Kalaipuli S Dhanu had a dream for the last 35 years. He wanted to produce a film which had Rajinikanth in the lead role. Now this has been fulfilled. Now Rajinikanth will be donning the lead role in a film which is to be produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu. Pa Ranjith who had earlier directed acclaimed films like Attakathi and Madras will be directing Rajinikanth. Yesterday the official announcement regarding this has been made. Selection for the heroine, other actors and actresses are underway.
Santosh Narayanan is composing the music while Murali G who handled the camera for Madras will be handling the camera for this film. Lyrics are being penned by Kabilan, Uma Devi and Ghana Bala. Ramalingam is in charge of art direction while Praveen K S will edit the film.
The shooting of the film will commence in Malaysia and will take place there for 60 days. Then the crew will shoot for another 60 days in Bangkok and Hong Gong and Chennai for another 60 days.
