More number of students should be admitted in 11th standard of Government schools

Director of School education has sent circulars to all government schools emphasizing that more students should be admitted in the 11th standard.
Director of School education S. Kanappan has sent a circular to all the government school headmasters. In that circular he has mentioned that many students should be admitted in the 11th standard for year 2015-2016.
1. The 10th standard results have been released today. All the passed students should be admitted in the same school.
2. The 11th standard classes of all the secondary school should commence on 15th June without fail.
3. The headmaster should contact the nearby secondary school headmaster and ask him to admit all the 10th passed in 11th standard of government school.
4. The courses that interest majority of the students should be intimated to us.
5. During the last academic year, some of the classes did not have teachers to teach the students. The principals and headmasters should approach the district education officer and ask them to fill up the vacancies.
6. Efforts are to be made to introduce new courses.
