Jigarthanda producer and director have one more fight

Jigarthanda was the second outing from filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj who made a sensational horror movie ‘Pizza’ as his maiden debut. Now with the film winning National award, Kathiresan producer of Jigarthanda has sold the remake rights to Bollywood producer Sajid Nandiadwala. It has created some issues with director Karthik Subbaraj who holds 40% of the film rights. It looks like Karthik has requested Directors’ Union and Producer Council to look upon this issue. Nevertheless, both of them remain closemouthed when sources tried to contact them on this.
