VAIKUNTA EKADASI AT PARTHASARATHI TEMPLE

Heavy rain did not deter the faith and the enthusiasm of the people. More 70000 devotees had Darshan of the opening of the Paramapatha Vassal (special entrance) at the Parthasarathy temple in Triplicane on Vaikunta Ekadasi.
Lord Parthasarathy was brought through the special entrance which was opened at 4.30am. More than 75000 devotees visited the temple in the evening too. The police had hectic time but managed the crowd well. This was largest conglomeration of the people in the last one year, more than that visited the temple last year.
