Ace director Mani Rathinam returns to Chennai

Film director Mani Rathinam who was admitted in a private Delhi hospital returned to Chennai yesterday morning.
The film O Kadhal Kanmani directed by Mani Rathinam was released recently. After this, he went with his wife Suhasini on a small vacation in Srinagar. He participated in the golf tournament. On the way back to Chennai, he stayed in Delhi to have a medical check up. He was admitted in Apollo Hospital, Delhi where a master checks up was done.
On Wednesday night, Suhasini while speaking said, “Due to the climatic conditions of Srinagar, my husband was tired and also having pressure. So on our return to Chennai we decided to have a medical check up in Delhi. After the check up, the doctors said that his health condition is normal. He is now doing his routine work. When there were rumours that he had a heart attack, many contacted me and enquired about his health. We are thankful to all those people. We will be back in Chennai on Thursday.”
