Herbal park, Chennai gets ready

Deputy Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is going to inaugurate an Herbal Park in Chennai in about month’s time.
The Herbal Park will be on 11 acre land with more than 4000 trees and herbal plants. The park is expected to come up in Otteri. The Park will be developed at a cost about Rs 2.25 Crores. Once it was a carbage dumbing yard is now turned into a park. The park will have apart from One KM long foot path for ‘Walking’, two water fountains, 64 ornamental lights and street lights and stone benches with enviro- friendly roof over them. The walls will be decorated with paintings of birds and animals.
