Plus 2 examinations were held throughout Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry between 5th March and 31st March. 8 lakhs 75 thousand students wrote the examination. Students have mentioned that maths, physics and chemistry papers were tough. Even bright students felt that the papers were tough. It is expected that many will not score 200/200 because of this. Because of this, there are chances of medical cut off mark to come down.
At this juncture, the correcting of answer books in 67 centres have come to an end. Now the consolidated marks will be written in CDs and sent to Chennai data centre. It has been decided to release the results between 7th May and 9th May.
