Model Personality Tests to be conducted at All India Civil Services Coaching Centre

All India Civil Services Coaching Centre, at Chennai was established by the Government of Tamilnadu under the control of Director and Direction General of Training, Anna Institute of Management in Kanchi Building at P.S Kumarasamy Raja Salai(Greenways Road) to Coach ST /SCA /SC /BC(M) / BC/ MBC and other communities to write UPSC Civil Services Examination.
All India Civil Services Coaching Centre offers three levels of coaching viz for Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Model Personality Test to the Civil Service Aspirants to prepare for the most prestigious and competitive examination conducted by Union Public Services Commission. It functions with the motive of promoting the Civil Service aspirants from Tamilnadu to enter into Civil Services all over India. Every year 325 aspirants (225 – Residential + 100 Non-Residential) undergo intensive result-oriented, coaching for Preliminary Examination and 225 candidates for Main Examination, conducted by UPSC. UPSC Main examination 2014 was held in the month of December 2014.
The Union Public Service Commission has published the results of the Civil Services Main Examination 2014 on 12.04.2015. The Principal of All India Civil Services Coaching Centre has informed that 65candidates have qualified in the Civil Services Main Examination out of which 46are men and 19 are women candidates.
The Model Personality Tests for successful candidates of Main Examination 2014 will be conducted at All India Civil Services Coaching Centre.
Applications forms for admission will be issued at All India Civil Services Coaching Centre, 163/1 P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Salai, Kanchi Campus, Chennai from 15.04.15 to 18.04.15. All the candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu State who have qualified in the Civil Services Main Examination, 2014 including those studied from other institutes or those who have studied by themselves are eligible to apply. Eligible candidates can register their names for Model Personality Test by submitting filled in Application form, three passport size photographs and a copy of the DAF format at All India Civil Services Coaching Centre.
The following arrangements have been made by the management of this coaching Centre.
1.The Model Personality test will be conducted by senior IAS, IPS officers and subject experts to equip the candidates to face the Personality Test conducted by UPSC with self confidence. Dates of conduct of Model Personality Test are 23.04.15, 24.04.15 and 25.04.15 (3 days)
2. The candidates who attend Model Personality test at this Institute are provided accommodation in Tamimil Nadu House, New Delhi, at concessional rate for 10 days are arranged through Government of Tamilnadu.
3. Rs.2000/- will be paid as Travel expenses to all the candidates to attend the Personality Test, at New Delhi.
