Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2015 is being held on Saturday. 13 lakh students across the country will appear for the paper based test.
The JEE (Main), which is the gateway for admission into engineering colleges also serves as a screening test for IIT admissions. The examination will have two papers -paper 1 (Bachelor of Engineering Technology) and paper 2 (Bachelor of Architecture Planning). While paper 1 will be held from 9.30am to 12.30pm, paper 2 will be held between 2pm and 5pm.
An online examination will be held for paper 1 (BE, B Tech) on April 10 and April 11.Of the total number of candidates, nearly 1.86 lakh students are expected to take up the online test.
