Global Hospitals, Chennai achieves NABH accreditation

Global Hospitals and Health City, Chennai received, in the very first year of commencement of operations, the coveted and prestigious NABH accreditation with effect from 27.09.10. The accreditation was awarded in the presence of Dr. Giridhar Gyani, Secretary General, Quality Council of India and Dr. V K Subburaj Hon. Health Secretary, TN Govt. The Hospital has been tested against 10 chapters (5 patient centered and 5 organizations centered), 100 standards and 514 objective elements. NABH standards have been accredited by the International society of Quality Assurance in Health Care (ISQua), Board of Asian Society for quality in healthcare (ASQua) and Represents on Advisory Board of Medical Tourism Association, (MTA) USA.
The NABH accreditation recognizes the Hospital’s focused contribution in the areas of high quality of care, patient safety, patient rights and respect, care given by medical staff with high credentials and a continuous monitored of patient satisfaction.
