Bank of Baroda has introduced a new housing loan scheme � uniform 10.25% loans.
Presently, Bank of Baroda offers several schemes such as pre-approved Housing Loans, Special Housing Loan facility, Individual (personal) Housing Loan, and Baroda Housing Loan Suraksha.
New houses can be purchased easily when negotiations are conducted with money in hand. Bank of Baroda provides the customers with this facility to provide loans.
Bank of Baroda�s primary approval will be valid for 4 months.
