Text books for +2 & SSLC students before May!

Usually, schools close for summer holidays after the annual examinations and reopen only during June. Text books for different subjects in the new classes will be distributed only after the school reopening in June.
However, there is a change this year from this tradition.
It is planned by the state government to distribute the text books by 1st week of May.
85% of the text books for students studying in Government or Government-aided schools have been printed and despatched to the different districts. They are now at the office of the Primary Education Officer.
They will be sent to the individual schools shortly.
As soon as the results of the annual examinations are announced, the text books will be distributed.
This practice will be applied to students of 10th Standard as well.
Government circles inform that the text books for private school students have already been sent to the local sales centres.
