Drinking water supply-grievance meeting tomorrow (14th Feb)!

MWSSB had announced that drinking water supply grievance meetings will be conducted on Saturdays.
This grievance meeting is conducted every month 2nd Saturday as an open-house meeting.
The grievance meeting for this month (February) will be conducted at all MWSSB offices at 10.00 AM on 14th (Saturday).
Complaints can be given regarding problems in getting drinking water, functioning of sewage system, Tax payments, new connections for drinking water/sewage system, etc can be given.
In the meeting conducted last month, 21 complaints were receive. Out of this, action has been taken on 20 complaints and the problems solved. Action is being taken on the 1 pending memo.
