Mani Rathnam’s film title confirmed

There was lots of confusions prevailing in the film title Okay Kanmani directed by Mani Rathnam. The director has mentioned that there is no change in the title.
Dulquer Salman who made his debut in the Tamil film Vaayai Moodi Pesavum has donned the lead role in the film Okay Kanmani. Nithya Menon is pairing with him. It is expected that the romantic film directed by Mani Rathnam will be on par with his earlier film Alaipayuthey.
There was lots of confusion prevailing with regard to this title. This film was initially titled Okay Kanmani. Later it was mentioned that since there was an English word in the title, the title has been changed as Oh Kadhal Kanmani. Tamil films with English titles are not eligible for Government Tax exemption.
Recently Mani Rathinam has released the poster of the film. In the poster, the title has been mentioned as Okay Kanmani.
A R Rahman has composed the music while P C Sriram has handled the camera. The film is to be released soon.
