Kamal Haasan to don the lead role in Tamil remake of PK

PK is a super hit Hindi film which had Amir Khan in the lead role. This film was directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Rajkumar Hirani’s earlier film Three Idiots was remade in Tamil with the title Nanban. this film which was directed by Shankar had Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth in the cast.
Now it is understood that Kamal Haasan will be donning the lead role in the Tamil remake of PK. Gemini Productions has bought the remake rights of this bilingual film and Kamal will be playing the lead in the Telugu version as well. The shoot is expected to commence in a couple of months. Other details are awaited.
