Tamil Nadu State Assembly secretary A M P Jamaludeen has mentioned that The Tamil Nadu state assembly would meet on February 17 and begin with the Governor`s address.The House would meet at 10.45am. The announcement came in the wake of a state cabinet meeting that lasted 35 minutes Friday
Sources said the assembly would meet only for a few days during which it would debate on the Governor`s address that normally highlights the government`s achievements for the year and details new projects.
Soon after Panneerselvam assumed charge as CM, he convened a meeting of ministers and secretaries to take stock of the situation but not a separate meeting of ministers.
