Tamil Nadu welcomes suggestions for simplification of procedures!

Tamil Nadu Government has invited suggestions for simplification of procedures to enable the various welfare schemes to reach the public in the shortest possible time.
The suggestions received will be analysed and then forwarded to the relevant department. The concerned department will then analyse the suggestion and take a decision whether it can be implemented.
Put up your suggestion to the e-mail address: [email protected].
The mail should not 500 words. Make a graphic presentation if possible.
The format:
� Issue of documents of proof and related payment procedure
� The details the service & department for which the suggestion is made
� The current procedure
� The changes required in procedure
� A title � Name of the procedure
� Explanation on the changes proposed
� Suggestions should be sent before 5th March, 2015.
