Pedestrian-friendly Mylapore ďż˝ will that be possible?

Proposal to make Mylapore friendly to the pedestrians seem to gather momentum following a petition launched by the city residents. This proposal made by the city corporation was long pending. According to the petition filed against this, the heritage zone encompassing three Mada streets around Kapaleeswar temple should be treated as such. Excessive traffic in this zone creates troubles. This street should be made one way.
