Postal Department announces facility for e-post greetings!

E-post service was introduced as one of the modernisation measure for post offices.
E-post service is now offered at 1,55,000 Post Offices throughout India.
E-post can be used to send greetings on special occasions to your near & dear. This will be delivered as a hard-copy to the address given while sending the e-post.
The charges are Rs. 10/- per page.
On the occasion of Pongal, the post offices have introduced a special draw for lucky prizes for sending greetings between 14th & 19th January.
Similar prize scheme is on offer for those greetings on Thiruvalluvar Day.
10 numbers will be drawn on the lucky draw and prizes will be awarded.
