A recent survey informs that the real estate buyers� circle is optimistic that there would be a trend of reduction in prices of houses/apartments in multi-stories buildings even though the demand for the same has been increasing.
The survey was undertaken by the joint efforts of IIM Bangalore & the company MagicBricks in the cities of Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, and Pune.
