Reduce stress by staying away from emails

According to results obtained from a recent study, it is found that reducing the frequency of checking emails can hugely reduce your stress revels. University of British Columbia conducted a study on the relation between checking mails and stress levels, and found that it has a huge impact on psychological stress. 

The study involved over 124 adults including students, financial analysts, medical professionals, etc all of whom were told to limit checking mails for over a week. Few others were instructed to check it more often which the same number of times they usually check.
