‘Violin Festival’ in Chennai for the first-ever time!

It has been announced that ‘Violin Festival’ would be celebrated in Chennai city on 4th January. The point to be noted here is that this is the first ever time such a festival is conducted.
The festival, called ‘Violin Vaibhavam’, will be celebrated from 9.00 AM till 8.00 PM on 4th January at the Srinivasa Shastri Hall in Mylapore.
Lalgudi Trust & Guru Tangaiah Trust have jointly organised this festival.
Violin Exponent, Ms. A. Kanyakumari, will inaugurate the festival.
The coordination committee organising the function has informed that school children will be encouraged to participate on this occasion.
