Stern warning from RBI to public: Do not invest in MLM & get cheated!

The Reserve Bank of India has cautioned the public not to invest in Multi Level Marketing – MLM – companies which offer high returns and get cheated.
The report:
Multi Level Marketing companies offer and promise high income. However, joining MLM companies is a waste of money.
MLM normally aims to grow the number of its members and share the revenue. This is operation is like the formation of a pyramid.
However, if there is any break in the process of chain-linkage of members, the operation stops – or in other words, the pyramid collapses. The members will suffer financial loss.
