CMDA Orders Interior structure facility Tax to all local administrations!

CMDA has ordered that basic facility tax should be levied on normal buildings as done in the case of multi-storeyed residential buildings.
This tax is currently being charged only for multi-storeyed buildings from the year 2008.
Depending on the area of construction, tax is charged at the rate of Rs. 150/- to Rs. 175/- per square metre. The revenue will be credited to the government via CMDA.
Now, this is tax is imposed on other normal structures. Structures with more than 4 houses, industrial structures with more than 300 sq metre will have to pay this tax.
Local administration will be responsible for calculating the applicable tax and collecting them. Instructions have been sent by CMDA accordingly.
However, it appears that there are a lot of clarifications required to be solved.
