Extension of last date for application of approval for CBSE Schools

The State Department of Education has extended the date for application for approval of CBSE schools in the state till 15th February.
The schools which have not applied so far for the government approval can apply till 15th February.
The respective district primary education officers have been instructed to receive the applications, check them and send it to the Director of School Education.
The State Department of Education has strictly informed that all CBSE schools linked with the Central Government Education Board will have to get the state government approval for functioning.
The School education circles expect that direct visits to the department of education will not be required any more for services such as obtaining �No Objection Certificates�.
