Government hospital performs complex surgeries
Doctors at the neurosurgery department in the Government General Hospital have performed four complex surgeries, for free of cost, over the past few months under the chief minister`s comprehensive health insurance scheme. An eight-year old girl with an aneurysm, a 60 year-old man with twitching on the right side of his face, a 40 year-old man with a fractured neck bone and a 15-year-old girl suffering from instability of spine benefited from the scheme.
