Center to approve setting up electricity lanes in south India

Central government is likely to approve setting up electric lanes in south India at a cost of Rs 12,000 crore. Speaking about this, one of the officials at the central board of electricity said over Rs 3 lakh crore is expected to be invested to set up electricity lanes. He also added that the project will seek support from private contractors too. This is likely to provide huge opportunities for lot of people belonging to private sectors, he added.
