Amazon has decided to introduce a new type of service to its consumers soon. Presently, Amazon is the number one online shopping portal selling everything from A to Z to the consumers worldwide.
As the next stage of progress in online services, Amazon has introduced the services of professionals like plumbers, electricians, physicians to its US customers. It has been planned to introduce this new system in India within six months.
The need for the services of good plumbers and electricians to do household repairs is on the increase and they are always in great demand. Amazon hopefully point out that, though there are already some small companies engaged in providing these services online, huge marketing opportunities can be created by providing this kind of online service in a large scale.
SnapDeal, another leading online shopping portal, has also expressed its wish to start selling such services online apart from selling products.
