UGC orders to celebrate Bharathiyar�s birthday in all universities

UGC has ordered all universities across the country to celebrate the birthday of Bharathiyar. Speaking about this, associate director of UGC, Archana Tagore said the eve of Bharathiyar�s birthday should be celebrated in all universities consisting a special education centre for women. It was also ordered to conduct various speech competitions, seminars, etc on the topic of empowering women.
