Government order to provide Rs. 75000/- for the students who lose their parents in accidents!

The students who study in government or government-aided schools who lose their parents in accidents are entitled to receive Rs. 75000/- to facilitate them to continue studies.
Press release from the secretary for school education:
Currently, an amount of Rs. 50000/- is being provided to students studying from 1st standard up to +2 in government or government-aided schools in case of losing their parents by accidents or if the parents are debilitated.
This was kept as a fixed deposit and the interest and the maturity amount was being used for the education and upkeep of the students.
During a meeting for the Legislative Assembly in July, 2014, it was decide that this amount would be increased under the Act 110. It was announced that the amount would be raised to Rs. 75000/-.
Now, the government has ordered implementation of this scheme.
