Severe cold in Thirupathi

Owing to the commencement of ‘Dhanur’ month, Subrabadham sevai will be temporarily paused between 16th of this month and 14th January month. Instead of this, Thiruppavai Parayanam will be carried out. The same procedure will be followed in almost all Perumal temples during the month of Maargazhi.
Apart from this, there prevails severe cold in Thirumalai. The temperature fell down to 12 degree in the night time. There are cool breeze even during the noon time due to which devotees are put into huge trouble, especially aged people and kids.
