Silver jubilee celebration

The National Academy of Agricultural Sciences is celebrating its silver jubilee year this year. On Saturday, a oneday symposium will be organised at M S Swaminathan Research Foundation. Some of the speakers include Prof M S Swaminathan, founder president of NAAS, and Dr S Ayyappan, director general of ICAR & president of NAAS. This symposium will discuss issues on scientific advances in the area of agriculture, food and nutrition security.
