40% growth in smart phones expected in the next 4 years!

Latest research has established that there will be an increase of 40% in the number of smart phone users.
Apart from using the cell for talking and messaging, there is an increasing trend of users to browse on the internet facility in the cell phones.
It is estimated that 50 Crore individuals will be using internet services on the cell phones in the coming 3 years.
There has been a rising trend of people using the cell phone for sending e-mails, downloading videos, listening to music, buying articles to be delivered straight to their address, etc.
The main reason for the rising popularity with these applications is the availability of smart phones which as reasonable cheaply priced.
Presently, 13% of cell phone users have smart phones.
This is expected to rise to 40% in the next 4 years!
