When a customer makes an advance booking with this hotel, he or she will receive an SMS in their smartphone. This will contain the room number and a Bluetooth password that allows the user open or lock the door.
When the customer visits the hotel, they can make use of the exclusive application designed for the hotel, and the Bluetooth password can be used to unlock the door.
