Cut Extra Sugars!

  • Prefer water, fat-free milk, or un-sugared tea or coffee rather than consuming sodas, sports drinks, energy drinks, fruit essence drinks and so on.
  • Cut down sugar in recipies. If it is mentioned, say 1 cup for a recipe, include 2/3 cup.
  • In order to augment the flavor, incorporate vanilla, cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Intake fresh, tinned, frozen and dried out fruits devoid of additional sugar. Prefer fruits packed in along with their own juice instead of artificial syrups.
  • Employ fruits to apex foods such as cereal and pancakes in place of sugars, syrups, or other sugary toppings.
  • Glance at the list of ingredients to choose food with petite or no extra sugar.
  • Look at the Nutrition Facts label to prefer packaged foods with minimum total sugar.
