34 MBPS speed at Prime Minister�s office

As per information received through the right to information act, the internet speed at Indian Prime Minister�s office is found to be 34 MBPS.
Vinoth Ranganathan the co-founder of onlinerti.com got the information through the right to act rule. On sending an application to know this, the Prime Minister�s office reverted with the following brief:
The national informatics centre provides the Prime Minister�s office with 34 MBPS internet speed. These are functioning under windows 7, windows 8, server windows and Linux.
On receiving the reply, Vinoth Ranganathan commented that there is nothing wrong in providing such a high speed internet to our PM`s office. He hinted that American Prime Minister receives 1GB internet speed.
In general, in our country, the average internet speed is 2MBPS. It is also to be noted that the prime minister�s office refused to disclose details about the total number of computer systems that got hacked in their office in the past 5 years.
