‘Paapanasam’ is not a mere remake of ‘Dhrishyam’

Rumors were on that actor Kamal Hassan got severely injured during ‘Paapanasam’ movie shoot. Refuting this, the actor came up and clarified that everything is fine and nothing went wrong. He said he met with a very minor accident when a stunt sequence was shot.
It is this statement which has sowed for yet another rumor about the flick. While the original movie ‘Dhrishyam’ has not even one stunt sequence, this Tamil remake is sure of having at least one stunt sequence. With this it is evident that the Tamil remake of the flick is not merely the same as the Malayalam one, but a few significant modifications in the script are being incorporated in it to suit Tamil audiences by the director Jeethu Joseph.
The team is now stationed at Kerala for the movie’s shoot. The film can be expected to treat the audiences by early days of 2015.
