Written tests on 21st December to fill up vacancies in Group-4 posts

Written tests will be conducted on 21st December to fill the vacancies of 4963 Group-4 cadre.
TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) announced this on 14th October.
4963 posts are vacant under Group-4 cadre for the various posts such as Junior Assistants, typists, stenographers, tax collectors, draughtsmen, civil survey measurement assistants, etc.
TNPSC has announced the date for the written tests for applicants for these posts today, Tuesday, 14th October.
This year, written tests are conducted for a maximum of over 4000 posts.
Educational qualifications – For group-4, applicant should have passed 10th Standard. The applicant should be minimum 18 years of age. The last date for application is 12th November.
Applications must be sent through internet at the website - http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/
The tests are scheduled on 21st December. They will be conducted at 244 centres including district headquarters and taluks.
While applying through internet, the applicant should fill the registration number, password, and other details asked for. Those who have registered on a permanent basis are exempted from paying the application fee.
The application fee and the test fee can be paid through branches of Indian Bank or Post Office Payment slips within 2 days of application. The fees can be paid through internet as well.
