Bright prospects of North-east monsoon may starting next week!

Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are bright prospects of the North-east monsoon to start next week.
During the onset of North-east monsoon last year, a number of storm signals developed continuously. The storms named Pilin, Helen, Lehat & Barathi occurred during this period. The first 3 storms drifted to Andhra Pradesh & Orissa.
After that, due to some low-pressure formations and the storm �Madhi�, Tamil Nadu had rainfall to a certain extent.
Chennai Meteorological Centre officials informed that the there are bright prospects for the North-east monsoon to start by 10th October.
