TRAINING PROGRAMME ON DISASTER MANAGEMENT

A training programme on disaster management and school safety for students will be organised by Tamil Nadu Arya Vysya Maha Sabha from August 9 and August 13. The programme is to be organised in association with the 4th Battalion National Disaster Response Force, which was formed to act during calamities.
Schools can send students of classes VI to X for the programme. For details, call the Sabha on 25395346. The office of the Sabha is located on 164, Govindappa Naicken Street, George Town.
